A proper day out of the office for Leeds teams. Our outdoor team building days and offsites run in the Peak District, a short drive from West Yorkshire.
The Peak District is an easy trip from Leeds for a team day that feels like a real change of scene. Our base in the Hope Valley is around an hour and a quarter by car, or by train via Sheffield.
Many teams travelling from Leeds make it an overnight offsite: a meeting and team building activity on day one, dinner together, and a fresh start on day two.

Orienteering meets puzzle-solving across some of the Peak District's most dramatic landscapes. Teams navigate between checkpoints, working together under time pressure to solve challenges along the way. It rewards lateral thinking as much as fitness, levelling the playing field and bringing out unexpected strengths.

A strategic multi-team head-to-head played out across open countryside, rewarding communication and decision-making under pressure. Competitive without being intimidating, it has an uncanny habit of revealing who your real leaders are - not always the ones you'd expect.

A high-stakes race against the clock where the whole group must work as one to succeed. Every team member has a role to play, and there's no room for passengers. Consistently produces the most intense team moments of any of our events - and the best debrief conversations.

Add a leadership session to your day
Every team day works on its own. If you want more from it, you can add a leadership development session, priced separately: our facilitator joins your team during the activity, then helps you turn what happened into actions for the business.
Sessions are led by an experienced performance coach from the world of elite sport, who brings the habits of high performing teams into business leadership.
Rather than a classroom course, everything is built around what actually happened on your day, so the conversations are real, specific and easy to act on.

Observe
Our facilitator joins your team during the activity, such as Nuclear Fallout, watching how you plan, communicate and make decisions under pressure.

A facilitated session the same afternoon or evening, or a half day the next morning, built around what happened on your day, not theory from a slide deck.

The lessons are linked to your business objectives, and everyone leaves with their own commitments to take back to the office.
