Peak District Team Building Day

Capture the Flag is a fast-paced team challenge set in the dramatic landscapes of the Peak District. Teams follow different routes and tackle a series of physical and mental challenges, requiring ingenuity, adaptability, and effective teamwork.

After a short briefing, teams select a limited number of ‘useful items’ before receiving their first clue and heading off in different directions. As the challenge unfolds, hidden leadership skills emerge and teams must communicate clearly and act decisively to stay ahead of the competition.

This challenge is not about speed or physical fitness - running is not permitted. Success comes from completing challenges efficiently and working together to collect clues that unlock the final puzzle. Each task has a different focus, ensuring all team members can contribute. Teams that rush or fail to secure clues may reach the final location first but still be unable to capture the flag. Strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovation are essential throughout
