What were the main goals you hoped to achieve?
“We assembled a team of 15 colleagues to enhance their leadership development skills and foster a leadership community. Our participants included colleagues from the UK, the US and China. We conducted a five-day residential programme in the Peak District, designed to stretch and challenge each individual while helping them develop their leadership skills practically, rather than just through classroom training. We aimed to truly put them to the test!”
How did our events help your team meet those goals?
“To test the team to their full ability we approached Guy to put together a package that included outdoor activities, problem-solving, teamwork, and also having a bit of fun! The events team took our brief and truly delivered. They provided three activities that suited every person on the journey and allowed the team to showcase their leadership skills whilst providing a bit of competitiveness. Guy and the team went above and beyond to showcase the beauty of the Peak District whilst creating great team camaraderie.”

“It was an absolute joy to work with Guy and the team, they took all the stress and planning out of the equation. We supplied a brief and they came back with the perfect itinerary. They supported each activity and even made up numbers when we had a shortfall! We look forward to working with them again this year.”
